I started my journey as an entrepreneur 10+ (now several?) years ago and I’ve experienced all of the highs and lows that come with growing a company from a single person to a multi-million dollar organization. 

Some of the toughest problems that entrepreneurs and leaders face can be solved with the right emotional support from someone else who has lived the same experiences.  It’s incredibly difficult for most people around you to relate to your challenges, which is why it’s critical to find a network of people who you can relate and learn from. 

My goal when I work with entrepreneurs is to share insight through my knowledge of operations, marketing, and tech, while also being an advocate for them to get out of the grind and find their happiness and profitability. 

How it works:

• Monthly focus areas for your business success, and accountability check-ins.

• One 1:1 meeting per month (1.5 hours or less as needed). We'll work through any current business issues, build strategy to grow profit, and ensure accountability of to-dos between meetings.

• one workshop to kick off the year and establish KPIs (approximately 2 hours), which will include a custom branded KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) document, which we'll reference in all of our 1:1s to stay focused on success

• Cost: $500 / month
